"Mr. Falton, that was good to add, do you know the process of how the hydro electric power plant generates the electricity?"

"Excuse me sir," Amelia said, raising her hand and addressing the Professor, "If I may, I have an explanation of Hydroelectric power you may find suitable.
Hydroelectricity, or hydroelectric power, is a form of hydropower, or the use of energy released by water falling, flowing downhill, moving tidally, or moving in some other way, to produce electricity. Specifically, the kinetic energy, known better as the energy of motion, of the moving water is converted to electrical energy by a water turbine driving a generator. Most hydroelectric power created by muggles is currently generated from water flowing downhill. Hydroelectric power is generated at dams or other places where water descends from a height."

"Sounds like fun." He said quietly to himself as he looked up at the professor and over at Amelia with a smile. Then back to listen.

Once again self-satisfied with her answer Amelia settled back in her chair to await further instructions or questions from Professor Beach. Thus far the lesson had been, while not entirely enlightening, interesting. She knew harder lessons would follow so she needed to be attentive and participating now.
Hm........a study buddy..... Amelia thought smiling as she glanced at Sean, momentarily breaking her concentration.

"Ok Class, we have covered many ways that muggles harness electricity. But we have left out one last way, which is actually the hardest, most complicated, and most dangerous.
I am talking about Nuclear Power.
For Homework I want you to write an essay, minimum of ten lines on the advantages and disadvantages of Nuclear Power. For extra credit, I would like you to explain the complicated process of how Nuclear Power works. The extra credit is worth 5 points.
The homework is due August 16th, a week from now. Please PM it too me.
This concludes the class, you may leave now.

Amelia, smiling contentedly at the homework assignment, proceeded to pull out her daily planner and mark down the instructions on today's date. Closing the cover on top of her quill, she packed up her things and pausing to return Sean's smile, followed him out of the room.

After making a note of the homework, Mark headed out of the classroom to the library to look for information on nuclear power.
